- Open QuickBooks Desktop and sign in to the right company file.
- Press the F2 or Ctrl + 1 keys to open the product information window.
- You will see the Versions Used on File section. The Date against RB will show you when the file was rebuilt.

- Close QuickBooks Desktop.
